Chelsea Clifton

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #139244

Learn More about Chelsea

Life can come at us fast and in today’s world though we have a lot to be thankful for there are still misconceptions about sharing our difficulties with others. You don’t have to walk your path alone. Do you feel overwhelmed? Do you have thoughts come at you a mile a minute? Do those same thoughts take off into uncharted territory? It’s not uncommon and you don’t have to feel that way forever. You might not have the tools to sort out and process these emotions or maybe you do and are unsure how to or when to use them, but I believe I can help you uncover and light the path in front of you because there is one there waiting for you.

I work with stress management, coping with anxiety and depression, and learning how to have healthy transitions during life changes. I have a passion to work with adolescents and young adults in really helping to provide them with tools that will help them throughout their journey. I also have training in working with those who struggle with addiction.

Whether you are seeking to find relief in your distress or just needing some extra support, my number one priority is to make sure you can come into a safe space and know that you are seen. It is my privileged to meet individuals where they are at and walk alongside them to help in their journey of growth and healing.

I have my Masters in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. I currently live in La Verne with my husband and 2 children.
