Fees

Our therapy fees range between $80 and $150 per individual 50-minute session, and $100 and $160 per couple or family 50-minute session, depending on the therapist you choose and the type of therapy you receive. 

For example, therapists with greater experience or specialization incur a higher rate. We have a few lower cost options if you are in need of financial assistance. Your therapist will discuss this with you during your initial consultation, prior to your first appointment.

Payment Policy

Payment for services is expected for each visit at the time of service. We are able to accept card, cash, or check made to Emmaus Road Counseling Center. Card information is able to be stored in our secure billing system for easy payments.

If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, or if you miss your appointment without notification, you will be charged for your missed appointment. We understand that emergencies happen, so please discuss this with your therapist.

Insurance Options

Emmaus Road is not an in-network option provider with insurance and does not bill insurance.

If you have insurance that offers coverage for out-of-network mental health care, please contact your insurance to inquire about reimbursement options. If permitted, you would pay the full fee for each session, and our Associate and Licensed therapists can provide you with a form, also known as a Superbill, to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
