Sarah Harris

I am a Marriage and Family Trainee at Hope International University with a focus in adolescents, couples, and families.

Servanthood is one of my highest core values that I have developed through many years serving in Christian ministry and six years as a previous officer in the United States military.

In addition to my own background, I believe in utilizing clients’ personal life experiences to shape and empower their therapeutic journey in a way that is personalized to them.

As a Southern California native, I have always appreciated the beauty and nature that accompanies being so close to the Western Coast. While a sunny day can give warmth to my skin, or an ocean sunset can evoke a sense of gratefulness in me, there are still parts of me that can start to feel depleted if I continue life without addressing them.

As a therapist, it is these internal emotions, thoughts, and beliefs that I look to address during therapy sessions. My goal is to create a safe, calm, and creative place for clients to explore whatever may be on their mind, knowing that no one has to go through the highs or lows of life alone.
