The challenges we face in life have a way of shaping us in profound ways, affecting our relationships, personal lives, and daily responsibilities. Whether it is anxiety, depression, or the weight of life’s difficulties, we all experience struggles that can leave us feeling tired and overwhelmed. I am passionate about walking alongside others as they navigate these challenges and move toward healing and wholeness. No matter what season of life you’re in, I am committed to providing a safe space where you can explore, heal, and grow.

I believe Jesus is the greatest therapist who has ever lived, and while I may not have all the answers, my hope is to bring a sense of hope and peace into our work together. My goal is to offer a compassionate presence as you navigate life’s challenges, helping you find the strength and clarity to move forward.

I am currently pursuing my M.A. in Counseling at Life Pacific University as an MFT, and I am excited to continue growing in my ability to serve others with empathy and care. I’m here to support you as you take steps toward healing, growth, and emotional well-being.
