Katheryn de Arakal
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #122157
I believe we are created for relationships—with others, with God, and even with ourselves. I desire for clients to uncover how past and current relationships influence our behavior, thoughts, and feelings in order to bring about change and healing. I am Level 3 trained in the Gottman Couples Method, having skills in guiding couples of all ages and stages in managing conflict and building a stronger friendship.
In addition to being a therapist, I serve Emmaus Road as the Director of Operations and Clinical Supervisor, as well as teach at local universities. I am a Southern California native, and attended Azusa Pacific University to receive my Master’s in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.
