Jessica Updegraff

Life can sometimes bring about seasons of pain, confusion, anxiety, or overwhelming feelings. My hope and desire are to come along side you and sit with you as you process and work through these areas and help create a safe place for you to find growth and healing.

I am currently completing my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Liberty University and and happy to serve on the team at Emmaus Road Counseling as a Professional Clinical Counseling Trainee.

I have a passion to help those who have gone through different types of traumas such as, childhood or spiritual trauma, and desire to find a safe place to process their experiences and move forward. As well as those who struggle with anxiety and depression and are looking for a way to untangle those feelings and find healing.

Through my own involvement in counseling, I have seen the power in being able to sit with someone as I process my own feelings and experiences to find healing and growth in my life. My hope is that through our time together you too can find a place where you can feel heard and understood and find new tools to help you move forward and be encouraged as you take these steps.
