At the heart of my work is a deep passion for helping people find healing and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. I believe that everyone has the capacity for change, growth, and resilience – sometimes, we just need the right support to unlock it. My approach to therapy is to focus on each client as a unique individual while validating, challenging, and equipping them with the skills they need for healing. I believe that Christ is a wonderful counselor and effective healer and I look forward to incorporating faith into session through prayer, scripture, and worldview. I enjoy working with people of all ages, stages, and walks of life.
