I am a Professional Clinical Counseling Trainee as a Graduate student at Concordia University Irvine and I am available for both in-person and telehealth appointments.

My passion lies in guiding individuals toward holistic health through fostering anchored hope, restorative healing, and integrated wholeness. I have an extensive background with over 20 years experience in spiritual formation and ministry as an ordained pastor and spiritual director working with individuals, couples and groups.

My approach to therapy is client centered offering acceptance, empathy, and unconditional positive regard to help each client in their journey to find healing, identity, belonging and purpose.

Having benefited personally from therapy to overcome trauma, grief and loss, I am eager to help others discover the growth that comes from the therapeutic process.
