Daejah Davis
MFT Trainee
I understand that finding hope amid challenging times can feel overwhelming. I want to help people find that hope again. God has placed many people in my life who have shown me the importance of walking alongside each other throughout this beautiful journey called life. I have the heart to walk alongside people through their journey of finding that hope and joy once more.
I started my path to becoming a therapist by receiving my B.A. in Psychology from CSUF. I am currently studying Marriage and Family Therapy at Touro University Worldwide. I have experience working with children and adolescents who had to overcome various emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges. I have grown compassion and understanding by witnessing young people overcome multiple challenges, which compelled me to further my education to become an MFT. After finishing my master's program, my goal is to work with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced trauma through the perspective of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR.
