Alasha Ginn

MFT Trainee

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ashford University, where I gained a comprehensive understanding of human behavior and emotional dynamics. Currently, I am completing my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, where I am actively engaging in learning various therapeutic approaches and techniques. My passion lies in supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges towards holistic well-being.

My dedication to therapy is deeply rooted in personal growth experiences and witnessing the profound impact of therapeutic interventions on individuals' lives. I bring a compassionate and non-judgmental perspective to therapy, inspired by my own journey and the journeys of those I seek to assist.

My approach to therapy is evolving as I explore various modalities, including systemic, narrative, and cognitive-behavioral frameworks. I believe in the power of collaboration and authenticity in therapy, working alongside clients to explore their unique strengths and perspectives.

In therapy, I respect and incorporate clients' spiritual beliefs as essential aspects of their healing journey. As a follower of Christ, I integrate biblical principles of love, compassion, and grace into therapy, honoring clients' spiritual journeys and facilitating deeper understanding and growth.
