I believe that each person’s story is sacred and unique. I am passionate about creating a safe and inviting space for those stories to be heard. I view each individual holistically, taking each aspect of their being into consideration throughout treatment. I pull from a variety of modalities, including Narrative Therapy, CBT, and Person-Centered/Humanistic approaches. I am also trained in EMDR therapy, which can be used to efficiently and effectively heal trauma.
I obtained my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Vanguard University in 2016, and completed my Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Azusa Pacific University in 2020. I live locally with my husband and I enjoy creating, dreaming of new places to visit, and finding new coffee spots to sip on a warm latte. I am excited and hopeful for your therapy journey, and feel honored to be a part of it. Areas of interest include:
- Trauma Work
- Grief & Loss
- Spiritual Health/Ministry Burn Out
- Life Transitions
I offer free phone consultations. Please feel free to reach out!
