As an avid lover of cycling, mountains, dogs, and children, Mindy Crowder is described as compassionate, empathetic, approachable, genuine, and sometimes even funny. Her ability to ask questions that quickly cut through the fog generates an ethos that fosters self-awareness and increased emotional health. Her training through Concordia University’s Townsend Institute using the Competence and Character Model has created a deep desire to come alongside individuals to achieve increased insight into how their past adversely affects the present. Using that wisdom, Mindy hopes to uncover those deficits and offer life-giving possibilities that significantly alter that path.
As a certified life coach and mentor, Mindy has extensive experience caring for pastors and emerging leaders, and because of significant personal losses, she is especially passionate about supporting individuals through grief. Together with her husband, Patrick, they facilitate a ministry called www.HealthyPastors.net which offers proactive and crisis care for pastors and leadership couples. Mindy believes the combination of grace, truth, and time is the ideal equation for authentic growth and transformation.
People can change. You can change. Let’s link arms and hearts and embark on that journey together.
