My name is Megan Cannedy and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and Texas. I received both my Bachelor’s (B.A.) in Youth Ministry and my Master’s (M.A.) in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. I am currently a Counseling Education and Supervision (CES) doctoral student with Regent University. I have been honored to work in university, faith-based, and Title One schools with youth, young adults, and families of diverse multicultural backgrounds. I utilize different theoretical approaches in work with clients, but conceptualize all treatment from a Person-Centered client modality in how we interact together.
With the conviction that each person is created uniquely and intentionally by God, I view counseling as the holistic facilitation of the Lord’s healing and growth in people’s lives. It is the calling to “walk through life” together. I am passionate about faith and identity development, and empowering clients in this process. I look forward to working with you!
