My name is Kelly-Grace, and I’m studying to be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Vanguard University. I graduated with a Master of Science in Psychology with an Emphasis in Health Psychology as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Biblical Studies at Grand Canyon University.
My heart is to connect with others in a way that allows them to tell their story and process their thoughts openly in an accepting environment. I believe that when people feel truly listened to, they move towards deeper levels of peace, freedom, and secure identity. After walking through my own journey of grief and loss, I have come to find that the journey towards healing is multifaceted and often necessitates a holistic therapeutic approach. By blending both spiritual and clinical dimensions of therapy, I hope to help others find restoration in their thought patterns, relationships with others, relationship with God, and their sense of calling/purpose for the future.
My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, sleep disorders, identity development, relational issues, stress management, spirituality, and family crises.
