I graduated from Westmont College with a BA in psychology and a minor in sociology. I have deep clinical interest in grief, trauma, end of life attachment and adoption. I am currently in my second year of my MS in counseling with specialization in children and adolescences at Azusa Pacific University. I hope to provide an empathic, loving, and Christ centered therapy room allowing each individual to foster their strengths and feel a sense of empowerment. I truly believe that change comes from your individuality as well as your life experiences. As someone who have experienced the healing power of christian therapy to overcome trauma, I know God provides His healing hand through the therapist He places in your life.
During my time at Westmont I had the opportunity to use my psychology education to provide ABA and DIR floor time therapy to children and young adults with Autism. I was blessed with the opportunity to be apart of a ministry team that served the community in Ensenada Mexico. This experience taught me the power leaning on our God and walking alongside with each person you meet to form deeper connections and understand ourselves better. I value creating a space that is judgement free, allowing each individual to express themselves freely. It is important for me to walk alongside others to be a vessel of God’s grace, mercy, and unconditional love.
